Thank you for shopping with iCatchy. We aim to dispatch your order quickly and keep the delivery process as transparent as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will reach you.


1. Where We Ship

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at support@icatchy.com and we’ll let you know when shipping becomes available.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 15:30 GMT (Monday–Friday) are normally dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 15:30 GMT, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

  • During peak periods (e.g., seasonal sales) processing may take up to 48 hours, but we’ll always work to get your parcel on its way as swiftly as possible.


3. Delivery Estimates

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, NI 2 – 3 business days
EU Member States 5 – 7 business days

*All transit times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and exclude processing time or unforeseen delays (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections, or government restrictions).


4. Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a Royal Mail tracking link. You can check progress at any time via royalmail.com/track-your-item or through the link in your dispatch e-mail.


5. Customs & Duties (EU Deliveries)

Goods are shipped from the United Kingdom. Since Brexit, some EU-bound parcels may incur local VAT, customs duties or handling fees upon arrival. These charges (if any) are determined by your country’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. iCatchy has no control over these costs.


6. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

  • Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage may apply.

  • Loss or Damage: In the unlikely event your item is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Service Interruptions

Delivery estimates may be extended during:

  • Public holidays (UK & destination country)

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Local or national strikes

  • Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 measures)

We will post alerts on icatchy.com and notify affected customers by e-mail whenever significant delays arise.
